Delivery

Items are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia after order has been dispatched. Please allow 5 to 10 Business days for International deliveries. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site. If we are unable to dispatch goods within 2 working days we will notify you.

Returns Policy

Defective Goods

DavCam Enterprises prides itself on stocking goods of the highest standard and quality. Should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged product you should notify us at admin@bodiesmadeeasy.com. You will be asked to post the product back to us within 14 days of your purchase, along with a description of the problem. Once we have received and investigated the damage or the defect, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Note:

1. An incorrect choice, change of mind or price difference with another retailer does not warrant a refund or goods exchange.
2. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, your replacement product/s will be shipped at DavCam’s expense.

Cancellations

Your order can be changed or cancelled any time before your order is shipped. Once your order is Shipped it may not be altered or cancelled. If you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty Please refer to our Returns Policy above.
